25th Feb - Ross's Goose

After searching through several million Pinkfeet over the past year or so for 'a white one', I finally found one - a Ross's Goose! Seen past Eyemouth, Borders at 11.45am with Pinkfeet on Weds 25th Feb. Circumstances less than ideal (i.e. it could have been a bit closer in!). Presumably this is the same bird which has wintered in the Horsey area of Norfolk. It was seen flying NW over Happisburgh on the morning of Tues 24th Feb, and was then seen at Loch Leven, Perth & Kinross on Fri 27th Feb.
