The three links below include photos of Larus fuscus barabensis, also known as Steppe Gull and ocassionally Baraba Gull. All were taken at Morjim Beach, Goa, India in mid-January 2009. Steppe Gull is a relevant in the context of British birding as it a potential vagrant to western Europe, although as the images demonstrate, claiming a vagrant could be fraught with difficulty.
